About the Role:
In this position, you’ll be handling the company’s day-to-day financial activities, making sure everything is accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with Saudi VAT regulations. Your role will be essential in keeping our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking care of daily accounting tasks and maintaining proper financial records
- Preparing clear and accurate financial reports
- Managing accounts payable and receivable without delays
- Handling VAT returns in Saudi Arabia and ensuring everything meets regulatory requirements
- Reconciling bank statements and keeping an eye on cash flow
- Supporting budgeting and basic financial planning when needed
- Keeping documents organized for audits and internal checks
- Working closely with different departments to ensure financial accuracy
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Good hands-on experience with Excel, ERP systems, or accounting software
- A clear understanding of Saudi VAT laws and compliance
- Someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in trading or wholesale businesses is a plus
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
