Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Billing Staff to join our team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in handling billing operations in a busy trading environment.
If you have solid experience in billing, invoice preparation, and counter operations, and you are ready to join immediately, we would be happy to review your profile.
Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing activities and ensuring all transactions are processed accurately. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and issuing accurate invoices
- Handling counter billing and customer transactions
- Verifying purchase orders, delivery notes, and pricing details
- Coordinating with the accounts and sales teams
- Maintaining proper billing records and documentation
- Updating transactions in ERP or billing software
- Preparing daily sales reports
- Supporting month-end reconciliation tasks
We are looking for someone who works carefully, pays attention to numbers, and understands the importance of accuracy in billing operations.
What We Expect from You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in billing and counter operations
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage)
- Valid Iqama with at least 6 months validity
- Good communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounting procedures
- Ability to handle multiple transactions efficiently
- A professional and responsible work attitude
Experience in a trading or industrial supply company will be considered a strong advantage.
