Full-Time Civil Supervisor Vacancy in Bahrain with Driving License Requirement
Job Description
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor who can confidently oversee construction site activities, manage workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, guiding construction teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all work is carried out according to project requirements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and has a strong understanding of civil works and site management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily construction activities and ensuring smooth site operations.
- Managing and motivating site workers to achieve project goals.
- Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Reviewing drawings and ensuring work is executed correctly.
- Identifying and resolving site-related issues promptly.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing safety procedures.
- Tracking project progress and reporting updates to management.
- Ensuring materials, equipment, and manpower are utilized effectively.
- Supporting the successful completion of projects within planned timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- A valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and workforce management.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Candidates must currently be available in Bahrain.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
