Full-Time Skilled Foreman Needed for Civil Construction Works in Bahrain
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team in Bahrain. If you have a strong background in civil construction, enjoy leading teams, and take pride in delivering quality work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Foreman, you will play a vital role in ensuring that daily site operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating workers, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring that all work is completed according to project requirements and deadlines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities on-site.
- Leading and managing workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining productivity targets.
- Organizing manpower and assigning tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring materials, equipment, and tools are available when needed.
- Maintaining quality standards throughout all stages of construction.
- Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact project timelines.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
- Working closely with engineers, project managers, and other site personnel.
- Preparing daily reports and updating management on site progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction works.
- Valid Bahrain Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong experience in site supervision and manpower management.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and follow construction drawings and plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
