Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and Aramco-approved NDT Coordinator to join our team for a long-term Saudi Aramco project based in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Quality Control, Oil & Gas Projects, Offshore Construction, Petrochemical Facilities, and Industrial Fabrication. If you have the expertise to coordinate inspection activities, maintain quality standards, and work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with Aramco requirements, we would like to hear from you.
Candidates with previous experience in offshore structures, piles, conductors, structural steel fabrication, pipelines, and major industrial projects will have a distinct advantage.
About the Role
As an NDT Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that all inspection and testing activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international quality requirements.
You will work closely with QA/QC teams, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to coordinate inspection schedules, review reports, and maintain accurate quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple inspection activities in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all NDT activities across the project.
- Schedule and monitor inspection activities to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate various NDT methods, including RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT inspections.
- Review inspection reports and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation in line with project requirements.
- Work closely with QA/QC personnel, construction teams, and client representatives.
- Ensure all inspection activities comply with Saudi Aramco standards and approved procedures.
- Assist in resolving quality-related issues and support corrective actions when required.
- Monitor subcontractor inspection activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Participate in project meetings, audits, and quality reviews.
- Support the successful execution of project quality objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in coordinating NDT activities on large-scale industrial projects.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
