Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia and oversee the performance of multiple restaurant locations.
This opportunity is ideal for a Saudi National who has a strong background in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Food & Beverage (F&B) operations and is passionate about driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
About the Role
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing several restaurant branches within your assigned region. You will work closely with Restaurant Managers and support teams to ensure operational excellence, achieve financial targets, and maintain exceptional service standards across all locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Saudi National.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Area Manager in the QSR or Food & Beverage industry.
- Previous experience with leading restaurant brands such as Kudu, Americana, Shawarmer, Herfy, or other reputable multinational restaurant chains.
- Proven ability to improve sales performance, increase profitability, and successfully manage multiple locations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches within the assigned area.
- Drive sales growth and ensure business targets and revenue goals are achieved.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including sales, food cost, labor cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all branches consistently follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and support Restaurant Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse business reports and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and create positive dining experiences that strengthen brand loyalty.
