Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Manager / Officer to join its growing team. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who can efficiently manage procurement activities, coordinate logistics operations, and support ongoing offshore and engineering projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling supplier coordination, material sourcing, shipment follow-ups, and inventory planning in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle procurement activities for offshore and marine projects
• Source materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers
• Coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Monitor deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time for project requirements
• Manage shipping documentation, customs-related paperwork, and logistics tracking
• Maintain inventory records and support warehouse coordination
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers
• Work closely with project and operations teams to meet procurement schedules
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities are completed efficiently and cost-effectively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in procurement and logistics operations
• Experience in offshore, marine, oil & gas, engineering, or contracting companies will be an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and supply chain operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
