As part of our design and BIM coordination team, you will be involved in developing advanced BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting the delivery of high-quality architectural documentation across various stages of the project lifecycle.
About the Position
The BIM Architect will play an important role in ensuring accurate BIM development, smooth coordination between different disciplines, and proper integration of architectural design within the overall project model.
You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, project coordinators, and consultants to create well-structured BIM models and detailed shop drawings while maintaining project standards and timelines.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about modern construction technologies, BIM workflows, and architectural detailing.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and update BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 400 based on project requirements.
- Create customized and parametric Revit families for architectural elements such as doors, façade systems, fit-out components, wall finishes, cladding supports, and related accessories.
- Prepare accurate architectural BIM models with detailed finishes, fixtures, and construction elements.
- Produce architectural shop drawings and technical documentation for construction and submission purposes.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure smooth integration and clash-free designs.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and support coordination meetings by identifying and resolving design conflicts.
- Track project issues and coordination comments through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms when required.
- Manage BIM parameters, asset information, and documentation standards throughout the project.
- Support the design team from concept development through detailed design and submission stages.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet company standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain efficient project coordination and communication.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM Architecture or Architectural Engineering roles.
- Strong practical experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture, including modelling, documentation, and family creation.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and project coordination processes.
- Hands-on experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination reviews.
- Experience preparing detailed architectural shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an added advantage.
- Strong AutoCAD skills are preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural systems, detailing, and construction coordination.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and work efficiently under pressure.
