We are expanding our team and currently looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to work on long-term telecom tower construction projects across the Kingdom. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising all civil activities related to telecom tower projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved engineering standards.
About the Role
As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play an important role in handling day-to-day site activities, coordinating with teams, monitoring construction progress, and maintaining project quality standards. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead site operations and ensure smooth execution of telecom tower civil works from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise telecom tower civil construction activities at project sites.
- Read and execute engineering drawings and approved project plans accurately.
- Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities.
- Ensure all civil works are completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
- Handle telecom tower foundation works including:
- Excavation works
- Reinforcement steel fixing
- Concrete pouring
- Formwork and shuttering
- Foundation preparation and civil finishing works
- Monitor site safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain project standards at all times.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site operations.
- Prepare site reports and update management on project progress.
- Support smooth execution of tower erection preparation and related activities.
- Solve site-related issues efficiently and maintain workflow without delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in telecom or construction projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in telecom tower civil works and infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, civil engineering procedures, and site execution.
- Ability to lead teams and manage site activities independently.
- Familiarity with telecom safety standards and quality control requirements.
- Experience working on Nokia telecom tower projects will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
