Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and oversee operations across multiple branches in Hail and Tabuk.
With more than 7 successful branches and a workforce of over 250 employees from different nationalities, we continue to grow by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high retail standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for thousands of customers every day.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in retail operations, hypermarket management, FMCG operations, supermarket administration, or multi-branch business management.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of multiple hypermarket branches. You will be responsible for managing branch operations, supporting department teams, improving workflow efficiency, maintaining inventory standards, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations.
We are looking for someone who can confidently lead large teams, solve operational challenges, improve branch performance, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hypermarket branches
- Lead and manage a diverse workforce of more than 250 employees
- Ensure all branches follow company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product availability
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Support branch managers and department teams in achieving operational goals
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce workflow issues
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Handle operational concerns and provide practical solutions when needed
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and branch locations
- Assist in implementing business growth and expansion strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, hypermarket management, or FMCG industry
- Previous experience handling multi-branch operations will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory control, retail operations, and supply chain coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with retail management systems and reporting tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional approach to operations management
