About the Role
As part of our accounts department, you will play an important role in managing everyday financial and administrative tasks. The position requires someone who can maintain records accurately, support office operations, and ensure that company documentation is properly organized.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and other financial documents
- Maintain company records, files, and documentation properly
- Assist with office administration and coordination work
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure records are updated
- Support the team with reporting and account-related activities
- Ensure all documents are filed and managed accurately
- Assist with general office duties whenever required
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory
- Arabic speaking ability will be an added advantage
- Valid Bahrain driving license is required
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge is essential
- Computer literacy and familiarity with office software are mandatory
- Previous experience in accounting or office administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work responsibly and independently
