Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy meeting clients, exploring new markets, and driving business growth. If you have experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, industrial sales, and client relationship management, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and approach new customers, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and industrial clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Explore new market opportunities and identify upcoming projects that can generate business growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings and market visits to understand customer needs and expand the company’s presence in the market.
• Represent the company professionally and promote products and services to prospective clients.

Sales & Account Management

• Manage the complete sales process, from receiving enquiries and discussing customer requirements to preparing proposals and successfully closing orders.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
• Follow up on quotations and business opportunities in a timely manner.
• Negotiate commercial terms and build mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and business development updates for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth execution of customer requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Industrial Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian market will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and industrial customers is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings are preferred.
