Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Coordinator to become part of our team in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will help manage the day-to-day movement of goods, coordinate transportation schedules, and ensure that deliveries are completed efficiently and on time. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of logistics processes, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics activities.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure shipments reach their destinations on schedule.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain logistics records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with route planning and transportation scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian transportation regulations and company procedures.
- Address delivery issues and help find practical solutions when challenges arise.
- Support smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and transportation teams.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s road network and transportation regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
