Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tendering & Contracts Specialist to join our growing team. We are searching for a motivated professional who can confidently handle tender submissions, contract documentation, commercial coordination, and bid management for offshore and engineering projects. If you have experience working in the oil & gas, marine, EPC, construction, or engineering sector, this could be a great opportunity to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents
• Review RFQs, contracts, project specifications, and client requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, operations, and finance teams during tender preparation
• Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and commercial proposal preparation
• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines
• Support contract administration, variation orders, and commercial documentation
• Maintain proper records for tenders, contracts, and project correspondence
• Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding tender clarifications and project requirements
Requirements:
• Previous experience in tendering, contracts management, or commercial coordination
• Experience in offshore, marine, oil & gas, EPC, or engineering companies will be preferred
• Good understanding of tendering procedures, procurement processes, and contract documentation
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and commercial reporting tools
