Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and dependable Civil Site Supervisor to join our Operation & Maintenance team in Qatar.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on site, leading teams, and making sure civil works are completed properly and on time. If you have strong GCC experience and feel confident managing daily site activities, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Civil Site Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on with daily civil maintenance works. You’ll guide site workers, coordinate with engineers, monitor progress, and make sure everything is done safely and to the required quality standards.
You’ll play an important role in keeping projects organized, solving site issues as they come up, and helping deliver work smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising daily civil operation and maintenance activities
• Managing site workers and subcontractors
• Monitoring work progress and ensuring good quality workmanship
• Coordinating closely with engineers and project teams
• Reading drawings and guiding teams accordingly
• Carrying out regular site inspections
• Making sure safety rules and site procedures are always followed
• Preparing daily site reports and progress updates
• Identifying site issues and helping resolve them quickly
• Planning materials and manpower for smooth work execution
• Supporting repair, refurbishment, and maintenance works
• Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are used properly
• Helping projects stay on schedule and within targets
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of GCC experience in civil operation & maintenance projects
• Good knowledge of civil works and site supervision
• Experience managing labour teams and daily site activities
• Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
• Able to read drawings and follow site procedures
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Professional, responsible, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Valid QID is mandatory
• Sponsorship change is required
