Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of major construction projects.
This role is ideal for professionals with extensive Gulf experience who are passionate about construction, project execution, and leading teams to achieve excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering and construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones on time.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
- Review technical drawings, engineering documents, and material specifications.
- Prepare project progress reports, technical documentation, and regular updates for management.
- Identify challenges proactively and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.
- Provide guidance and support to site engineers and project teams.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in the Gulf region.
- Strong background in project execution, site supervision, construction management, and project coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of construction practices, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Mandatory Requirements
- Transferable Iqama is required.
- Immediate transfer/joining is essential.
