Job Description
We’re currently searching for an experienced Construction Manager / Site Manager (Electrical Engineer) to join an Extra High Voltage Substation project in Jeddah on a temporary basis. This is a short-term assignment (3–4 months) and is ideal for professionals who already have strong experience working on Saudi Electricity Company projects and are available to start immediately.
If you have hands-on EHV substation experience, strong leadership skills, and enjoy managing site operations, this could be a great opportunity to contribute to an important power infrastructure project.
About the Role
As the Construction Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for site construction activities, ensuring electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. You’ll coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams, manage manpower and resources, and help keep the project on schedule.
You’ll also oversee quality control, site safety, and daily progress reporting while supporting smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Iqama (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in EHV Substation Projects within KSA and GCC
- Previous Saudi Electricity Company project approval or experience is required
- Strong site management and leadership abilities
- Must be available to join immediately
- Comfortable working on a short-term assignment
