Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Recruiting Manager to join our growing team in the UAE/GCC region.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment management, talent acquisition, manpower planning, and corporate hiring. This role requires someone who can confidently manage the complete recruitment cycle while identifying and attracting top talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Work closely with department managers to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, networking, and social media platforms
• Conduct candidate evaluations, interviews, and shortlisting processes
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled professionals for future hiring needs
• Ensure all recruitment activities are completed within deadlines and company standards
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring updates, and manpower status reports for management
• Support employer branding initiatives and improve overall recruitment processes
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Recruitment Professional
• Strong understanding of recruitment procedures, sourcing methods, and hiring strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in GCC recruitment or international hiring will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and online recruitment platforms
