About the Role
As our Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer design-based solutions that match their vision. You’ll also coordinate with internal teams to make sure projects are handled smoothly from start to finish.
This position suits someone who enjoys building relationships, following up on leads, and delivering great customer experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Meet new and existing clients to understand their requirements
• Present company services and design solutions confidently
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Coordinate with design and production teams when needed
• Track sales activities and keep client records organized
• Support customers throughout the full sales process
• Help achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in sales (design background is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of design concepts
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confidence in presenting ideas and closing deals
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude with a positive personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
