Full-Time Electrical Engineer Needed | Maintenance and Electrical Systems
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer who can confidently handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operations of power systems.
In this role, you’ll be part of a team that keeps everything running smoothly — from ensuring uninterrupted power supply to improving system performance and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking care of electrical systems such as RMU (Ring Main Unit), switchgear, feeder lines, transformers, and generators
- Making sure all systems are running safely and without interruptions
- Carrying out regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns
- Quickly handling faults and unexpected issues when they arise
- Inspecting and testing equipment to ensure everything is working as it should
- Identifying problems in power distribution systems, control circuits, and protection devices
- Preparing simple and clear technical reports on maintenance and issues
- Working closely with team members and external vendors for repairs or upgrades
- Assisting in installing and testing new electrical systems when required
- Following all safety procedures and industry standards at all times
- Suggesting improvements to make systems more efficient and cost-effective
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Good understanding of:
- Electrical distribution systems
- Switchgear and RMU operations
- Protection devices and circuit breakers
- Control panels and basic automation
- Generator systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams
- Basic knowledge of PLC or SCADA is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, practical environment
