We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in electrical works, enjoy leading teams on-site, and take pride in delivering quality work, this could be the right opportunity for you.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the day-to-day realities of construction and MEP projects, and can confidently handle site activities while keeping everything running smoothly and safely.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll be at the heart of site operations. You’ll guide your team, coordinate with other departments, and make sure all electrical work is completed to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing electrical installation, testing, and commissioning on-site
- Leading a team of electricians and ensuring work is completed efficiently
- Reading and working from drawings, layouts, and technical plans
- Coordinating with engineers, supervisors, and other teams on-site
- Ensuring all work follows safety rules and project requirements
- Planning materials, manpower, and daily work schedules
- Monitoring progress and keeping things on track with deadlines
- Handling basic troubleshooting and resolving site issues when they arise
- Making sure installations like cabling, panels, lighting, and earthing systems are done correctly
What We’re Looking For:
- Around 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Supervisor
- Good understanding of electrical systems and site work
- Ability to manage a team and keep work organized on-site
- Familiarity with safety practices and site procedures
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Added Advantage:
- Experience with commercial or large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of HVAC-related electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
