Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join our growing construction and engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and can confidently manage technical documents, drawings, approvals, and project records with accuracy and efficiency. If you have previous experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or MEP projects, we would love to hear from you.
Job Role: Document Controller
As a Document Controller, you will play a key role in keeping project documentation organized, updated, and properly managed throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with engineers, consultants, project managers, and site teams to ensure all documents are submitted, tracked, and maintained according to company and project standards.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all project-related documents and records
- Maintain proper filing systems, document archiving, and retrieval processes
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are correctly registered and distributed
- Track document submissions, approvals, revisions, and version updates
- Coordinate with project teams for timely submission of technical documents and drawings
- Maintain accurate records of RFIs, submittals, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure all project documents comply with company procedures and documentation standards
- Support smooth communication between departments by keeping documentation updated and accessible
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction, engineering, MEP, or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of Aconex is required
- Good understanding of project documentation processes and technical records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
