We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Equipment Rental Manager to take charge of our rental operations and help grow our business. This role is perfect for someone who understands the equipment rental industry, enjoys building client relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

About the Role
As our Equipment Rental Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the complete rental process — from preparing quotations and signing contracts to coordinating deliveries, returns, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
You’ll also play a key role in business development by attracting new clients, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and identifying growth opportunities in the construction and industrial market.
This position combines leadership, operations, sales, and fleet management, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable both in the office and on project sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Rental Operations
• Overseeing daily rental activities including contracts, deliveries, returns, and invoicing
• Preparing quotations and negotiating rental terms with clients
• Following up on payments and reducing overdue accounts
• Making sure all rentals follow company policies and contract terms
Business Development & Client Relationships
• Building strong connections with construction companies and industrial clients
• Bringing in new customers while maintaining long-term relationships
• Attending meetings and visiting project sites when required
• Keeping an eye on market trends and competitors
Fleet Management & Internal Coordination
• Working closely with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is ready for rental
• Monitoring utilization rates and improving operational efficiency
• Preparing regular performance and revenue reports
• Recommending fleet upgrades or expansion based on demand
Contracts & Risk Management
• Reviewing and preparing rental contracts to protect company interests
• Following up on insurance documents and guarantees
• Handling client complaints or disputes professionally
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in heavy or light equipment rental
• Good understanding of the construction and project market
• Experience with pricing, negotiations, and contract management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Confident in building client relationships and closing deals
• Comfortable working under pressure and visiting sites when needed
• Familiar with rental systems or ERP software
