Full-Time Experienced Business Development Executive Required in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Executive to become part of our growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Find and develop new business opportunities within the Industrial and Oil & Gas sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
- Handle RFQs, tender submissions, quotations, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time
- Work closely with major companies and EPC contractors across Saudi Arabia
- Follow up with clients, maintain regular communication, and support long-term business relationships
- Identify upcoming industrial projects, shutdown opportunities, and maintenance contracts
- Support company growth by bringing in new clients and expanding existing customer accounts
- Prepare reports, business plans, and sales updates for management
What We Are Looking For:
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the Industrial or Oil & Gas field
- Good knowledge of fabrication, coating, blasting, maintenance, shutdown projects, and E&I services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
- Existing client connections within Saudi Arabia will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of tendering and commercial processes
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
- Arabic speaking ability is a plus, but not mandatory
