Full-Time Experienced Sales Executive Required for Property Investment Company
Job Description
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building strong relationships, and helping investors find the right property opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting real estate investment opportunities, generating new leads, guiding clients through the sales process, and closing successful deals. We are looking for a confident professional who can communicate effectively, understand client needs, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote real estate properties and investment opportunities to potential clients

- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and investment opportunities
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, investment marketing, or property consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build client trust and maintain long-term relationships
- Confidence in handling sales targets and closing deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage
- Experience in financial products or investment-related services is preferred
- Good presentation and customer handling skills
- Keralite candidates are preferred
