Job Description
We are currently hiring a Business Development Executive to join our Joinery and Carpentry division in Jeddah.
We focus on delivering custom-made joinery and high-quality carpentry solutions for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces. From the initial idea and design stage to manufacturing and final installation, we take pride in producing work that reflects precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
In this role, you’ll be actively involved in growing the business—connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver proposals that stand out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding new business opportunities within the joinery, carpentry, and interior fit-out sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Visiting sites, meeting clients, and staying connected within the industry to identify potential projects
- Reviewing project details such as BOQs and drawings to understand client requirements
- Coordinating with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare accurate proposals
- Presenting technical and commercial offers in a clear and professional way
- Following up on leads, handling negotiations, and closing deals
- Managing your sales pipeline and keeping track of progress
- Working towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
- Keeping an eye on market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out
- A good understanding of BOQs, drawings, and how projects move from start to finish
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Someone who can manage multiple opportunities and stay organized
- Familiarity with the Saudi market will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate in English is essential; Arabic and Hindi are a plus
