Full-Time Fire Protection and Safety Technician Jobs with Saudi Experience Preferred
Job Description
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Fire and Safety Technician with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in fire protection and safety systems.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of industrial, commercial, utility, and infrastructure projects while contributing to the safety and reliability of critical facilities. Candidates with previous experience in Saudi Arabia, especially on Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects and substations, will have an added advantage.
About the Role
As a Fire and Safety Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that fire alarm systems, firefighting equipment, and safety systems are properly installed, maintained, tested, and fully operational. You will play an important role in protecting people, assets, and facilities by maintaining the highest safety standards at all times.
What You Will Be Doing
- Carrying out installation, testing, inspection, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment.
- Performing routine checks on fire extinguishers, fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers, and other fire protection systems.
- Identifying faults and carrying out repairs to ensure systems remain fully functional.
- Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and improve system reliability.
- Assisting with testing and commissioning of newly installed fire protection systems.
- Performing workplace safety inspections and reporting potential hazards.
- Supporting emergency response procedures, fire drills, and safety awareness programs.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Fire and Safety Technician, Fire Alarm Technician, or Fire Fighting Technician.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Experience working on SEC substations, utility projects, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- Valid Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Technical qualification, diploma, ITI certificate, or equivalent in Fire & Safety or a related field.
- Good understanding of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, and fire protection equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and carry out troubleshooting activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.
