We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia and lead our fresh produce distribution and cold storage operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how the fresh food supply chain works—from receiving produce from farms to storing it correctly and ensuring it reaches retail customers on time and in excellent condition.

About the Role
As an Operations & Logistics Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fresh produce distribution and cold storage facility. Your role will involve making sure products are handled properly from the moment they arrive from farms until they are delivered to retail markets.
You’ll also be responsible for keeping operations organized, reducing wastage, improving efficiency, and ensuring that products maintain their quality throughout the supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fresh Produce & Cold Storage Operations
- Managing the movement of fresh vegetables and agricultural products from farms to cold storage facilities
- Ensuring products are stored correctly to maintain freshness and quality
- Monitoring cold room temperatures and making sure food safety standards are followed
- Finding ways to reduce spoilage and product wastage
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Overseeing daily warehouse activities and inventory operations
- Keeping accurate records of stock levels and product movement
- Following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure proper stock rotation
- Conducting regular stock checks and inventory counts
- Making sure the warehouse remains organized and efficient
Logistics & Distribution Management
- Planning and managing transportation and delivery operations
- Coordinating vehicle schedules and delivery routes
- Ensuring products are delivered to customers on time
- Working closely with suppliers, drivers, and retail partners
- Handling operational issues and finding quick solutions when challenges arise
Team Management & Coordination
- Leading and supporting warehouse and logistics teams
- Coordinating with farming operators, suppliers, and buyers
- Creating efficient processes and improving workflows
- Training and guiding team members to achieve operational goals
- Building a positive and productive working environment
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Preparing reports on operations, inventory, and logistics performance
- Monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Recommending solutions that improve efficiency and service quality
- Ensuring all operations follow company policies and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in:
- Operations Management
- Logistics & Distribution
- Supply Chain Management
- Cold Chain Operations
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- FMCG or Fresh Produce Operations
- Strong understanding of cold storage and food distribution operations
- Experience managing transportation and delivery activities
- Ability to lead teams and improve operational processes
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic language skills will be an advantage
- Transferable Iqama preferred
