Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman (Site Supervisor) to join our team. If you have hands-on site experience, know how to manage workers, and can keep projects moving according to plan, this could be the right role for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising daily site activities and guiding the workforce. You’ll make sure tasks are completed on time, quality standards are maintained, and safety procedures are followed. You’ll also coordinate closely with management and project supervisors to ensure smooth execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise site workers and assign daily work activities
- Monitor on-site progress and ensure targets are met
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and schedules
- Maintain quality standards across all site activities
- Coordinate with management and project supervisors
- Make sure all safety rules and procedures are strictly followed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage site challenges
- High level of commitment, discipline, and responsibility
