As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into inspiring environments that reflect our clients’ vision while meeting practical and commercial requirements. You will be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept development and space planning to material selection, technical drawings, site coordination, and project completion.
We are seeking a professional who combines creativity with technical expertise and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and office interior projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to develop innovative interior design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget considerations.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of projects, helping create spaces that are not only visually appealing but also practical, comfortable, and tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Design & Creative Development
- Develop original and creative interior design concepts for a range of projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material presentations, design proposals, and concept packages.
- Create efficient space planning solutions that maximize usability and visual appeal.
- Select color schemes, furniture, finishes, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and decorative elements.
- Stay informed about the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
3D Design & Visualization
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations.
- Create realistic visualizations that help clients understand the final design outcome.
- Present design concepts professionally and confidently during client meetings.
- Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, elevations, and technical documentation.
- Develop specifications for materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Coordinate design details with contractors, suppliers, and project consultants.
- Review shop drawings and ensure all project requirements are accurately reflected.
Project Coordination & Site Supervision
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of design concepts.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify design implementation.
- Assist in resolving site-related design challenges and technical issues.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Support project delivery from concept stage through final handover.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional Interior Design experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate projects.
- Experience managing projects from concept development through construction and final delivery.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in interior design, space planning, design development, and project coordination.
- Advanced knowledge of 3D rendering, visualization, and presentation techniques.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- Revit
- Lumion
- V-Ray
- Adobe Photoshop
