We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Graphics Design Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. If you enjoy turning ideas into eye-catching visuals and know how to run effective digital campaigns, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role sits at the heart of our real estate marketing efforts, where design meets strategy. You’ll be involved in everything—from creating engaging visuals to managing online campaigns that attract the right audience and generate quality leads.
Please note: This position is open only to native Arabic speakers, as all content and communication are in Arabic.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you won’t just be designing—you’ll be shaping how our properties are presented to the market.
- Creating attractive marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, ads, and social media content
- Managing and improving digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok
- Developing creative content that connects with Arabic-speaking audiences
- Supporting lead generation campaigns and helping turn interest into actual sales opportunities
- Keeping all branding consistent across different projects and platforms
- Working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Tracking campaign performance and making improvements based on results
- Staying updated with the latest trends in real estate marketing and design
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is not only creative but also understands how marketing works in the real world.
- Native Arabic speaker (this is essential)
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing
- Background in real estate or property marketing is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Strong skills in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva
- Basic video editing skills are a plus
- Good understanding of social media, content trends, and audience behaviour
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail
- Currently based in Riyadh
