Job Description
We are urgently hiring an experienced Division Manager – MEP for immediate joining. This is an excellent opportunity for senior professionals looking for high-level MEP management jobs in Qatar with one of the fastest-growing engineering and construction companies in the region.
We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Division Manager with strong expertise in HVAC systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, Facilities Management, and large-scale construction project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the complete MEP division operations
• Oversee project execution from planning stage to final handover
• Supervise HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Monitor site activities, manpower, procurement, and project schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and engineers
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
• Handle multiple projects while maintaining operational efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the MEP and construction industry
• At least 7 years of experience in a Division Manager role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire fighting works
• Experience in commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial projects, and large facilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and facilities management
• Mechanical Engineering qualification is mandatory
• UPDA Grade “A” certification will be an added advantage
• Candidates with transferable visa/NOC and immediate joining availability are preferred
