About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of the company through strategic sales activities. You will work closely with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements, provide suitable solutions, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the business relationship.
The successful candidate will also support the mobilization of manpower and vehicles based on client requirements, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Arrange and support the mobilization of manpower and vehicles according to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in manpower supply, contracting, facility management, logistics, transportation, or related industries will be an advantage.
