Full-Time Hiring Duct Foreman – HVAC Ducting and Site Management
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Duct Foreman to join our HVAC team in Qatar. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, leading ducting teams, and making sure HVAC duct installations are completed properly, safely, and on time.
If you have hands-on experience with duct fabrication and installation and feel confident managing technicians on site, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
As a Duct Foreman, you’ll take charge of daily ducting activities on site. You’ll guide your team, follow HVAC drawings, and work closely with site engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly from installation to handover.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality standards, organizing manpower, and keeping projects moving forward according to schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise HVAC duct installation and fabrication work on site
- Read and follow HVAC shop drawings and layouts
- Manage ducting technicians and daily manpower
- Ensure ducts are properly fixed, sealed, aligned, and insulated
- Monitor daily progress and report updates to site engineers
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure tools are available on site
- Maintain workmanship quality and follow project specifications
- Make sure safety procedures are followed by the team
- Identify site issues early and help find practical solutions
- Support testing, balancing, and project handover when required
- Keep basic site records and daily progress notes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Duct Foreman or HVAC Duct Supervisor
- Good knowledge of HVAC duct systems and installation methods
- Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings confidently
- Experience managing site teams and ducting works
- Familiar with GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, and fittings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
- Experience working on HVAC projects in Qatar is a plus
