We’re currently looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Salesman to join our retail team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, answering product questions, and supporting day-to-day store operations—especially in a hardware or building materials environment.

About the Role
As our Counter Salesman, you’ll be the first person customers meet when they walk into the store. You’ll help them find the right products, explain prices and features, process sales, and make sure everyone leaves with a positive experience.
This is a hands-on retail role where your communication skills and positive attitude will make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcoming customers and assisting them at the sales counter
• Helping customers choose products and answering their questions
• Handling billing and basic sales entries on the computer
• Keeping the counter and display areas neat and organized
• Supporting stock checks and shelf arrangement when needed
• Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring quick service
• Working closely with team members to meet daily sales goals
• Handling customer concerns in a professional way
• Supporting general store activities as required
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or counter sales (hardware or building materials is a plus)
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Good time management and organization skills
• Ability to learn product details quickly
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
