Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled and experienced Piping QC Supervisor to join our team for a long-term Saudi Aramco project in the Eastern Province. If you have solid hands-on experience in piping inspection and quality supervision within Oil & Gas projects — especially with Saudi Aramco — this could be a great opportunity for you.
To be considered, candidates must be Saudi Aramco approved and hold a valid CBT certificate.
About the Role
As a Piping QC Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all piping works on-site meet Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and international codes. You’ll supervise inspection activities, guide QC inspectors, and work closely with construction teams to maintain high-quality execution throughout the project.
This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and confidence in handling both site activities and documentation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supervising all piping quality control and inspection activities on-site
- Ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards (SAES, SATIP, SAIC)
- Reviewing and approving WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and ITPs
- Monitoring piping fabrication, installation, welding, NDT, and hydrotesting
- Coordinating with client inspectors and third-party inspection teams
- Managing NCRs and following up on corrective actions
- Ensuring proper material traceability and reviewing MTCs
- Preparing and reviewing quality reports and turnover dossiers
- Supporting audits and client inspections
- Leading QC meetings and guiding inspection teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Piping QC Supervisor on Saudi Aramco projects
- Valid Saudi Aramco Approval (mandatory)
- Valid CBT certification (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ASME and API codes
- Experience in Oil & Gas plant construction or EPC projects
- Good understanding of QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage site quality activities
