Job Description
As an HSE Officer, you will be the key person responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. You’ll work closely with site teams to monitor activities, guide workers, and promote a strong safety culture across the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring daily site activities to ensure safe work practices
- Carrying out regular site inspections, safety checks, and audits
- Making sure all works comply with Ashghal and project HSE requirements
- Preparing safety reports, toolbox talks, and incident records
- Advising site teams on hazard control and safe working methods
- Investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Ashghal approval as an HSE Officer
- Practical experience working on construction or infrastructure sites
- Good knowledge of HSE rules, procedures, and reporting
- Clear communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting the site team
