As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing the company’s human resources operations, supporting employees and management, and ensuring that all HR processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and Saudi labour regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day Human Resources and administrative activities
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handling employee relations and resolving workplace concerns professionally
- Supporting performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies
- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Preparing HR reports and supporting management with strategic HR initiatives
- Promoting employee engagement and contributing to a positive work environment
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness
What We’re Looking For
- Saudi National only
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in Human Resources Administration and HR Management
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Candidates currently residing in Jeddah will be given preference
