We’re currently looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Bahrain. If you have experience in human resources, employee administration, HR documentation, and Bahrain labour compliance, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people while ensuring that all HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting the company’s daily HR operations. From managing employee records and preparing official documents to handling government procedures and assisting employees, you’ll help ensure everything is well-organized and compliant with Bahrain’s employment regulations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, has excellent attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Employee Administration
- Maintaining and updating employee files and HR records
- Preparing HR documents, including:
- Employment contracts
- Offer letters
- Confirmation letters
- Warning letters
- Experience certificates
- Salary certificates
- Resignation and termination letters
- Internal memos and official correspondence
- Preparing professional documents and letters in English and Arabic
- Keeping employee information confidential and properly organized
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, GOSI, Sijilat, and Tamkeen requirements
- Managing:
- Visa applications and renewals
- Medical appointments and documentation
- Residency renewals
- Visa cancellations and related paperwork
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is submitted on time
- Staying updated with changes in employment laws and government regulations
Recruitment & Employee Support
- Supporting recruitment activities and interview scheduling
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new employees
- Assisting with employee offboarding procedures
- Helping employees with HR-related requests and documentation
- Coordinating with department managers regarding staffing and administrative requirements
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintaining digital and physical employee records
- Preparing HR reports and employee data when required
- Monitoring attendance and leave records
- Organizing documents for audits and inspections
- Ensuring all HR files are accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Executive, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator
- Good knowledge of:
- Bahrain Labour Law
- LMRA procedures
- GOSI regulations
- Sijilat and Tamkeen processes
- Employee documentation and records management
- Recruitment and onboarding procedures
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
