We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated ID Site Architect to join our active interior fit-out and construction projects. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on site, coordinating interior works, and making sure design ideas are delivered exactly as planned.

About the Role
As our ID Site Architect, you’ll take charge of interior and architectural works on site. You’ll make sure approved drawings are followed, finishes are installed correctly, and quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
You’ll work closely with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything moving smoothly — from early fit-out stages through to final handover.
Your role is practical, site-based, and plays a key part in delivering beautiful, well-finished spaces on time.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising interior fit-out and architectural works on site
• Making sure execution follows approved drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinating daily with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
• Monitoring installation of flooring, ceilings, partitions, joinery, wall finishes, and other interior elements
• Resolving site-related design issues and giving technical guidance
• Carrying out regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
• Tracking progress and sharing updates with the project team
• Supporting snag lists, punch points, and handover activities
• Assisting with material coordination and site planning
• Keeping site documentation organized and up to date
• Ensuring work is completed neatly, safely, and within project timelines
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as an ID Site Architect or Interior Site Architect
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and architectural finishes
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating with contractors and site teams
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing
• Comfortable managing multiple site activities at once
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Confident working on active construction sites
• Professional attitude with a practical, problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and coordination abilities
