Job Description
We are currently hiring a dedicated safety officer to join our team for a long-term project in Fadhili.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about workplace safety and have experience working on oil and gas, industrial, or construction projects. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out safely and in compliance with Aramco’s health, safety, and environmental standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring daily site activities and ensuring compliance with HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting regular safety inspections and identifying potential hazards
- Carrying out risk assessments and implementing preventive measures
- Delivering toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers and staff
- Ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Reporting unsafe acts and conditions and recommending corrective actions
- Maintaining safety records, reports, and documentation
- Working closely with supervisors and project teams to promote a strong safety culture on site
Requirements
- Must hold a valid Aramco Safety Officer approval
- Previous experience in oil & gas, industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or construction projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and workplace safety practices
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage
