We are currently looking for a Typist to join our team in the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, maintaining records, and supporting daily office operations in a professional environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Type and prepare letters, reports, forms, and other business documents accurately
- Enter and update information in company records and databases
- Review documents for errors and ensure proper formatting
- Organize, maintain, and manage files and office documentation
- Scan, print, photocopy, and process various documents as required
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining high accuracy
Requirements:
- Indian candidates preferred
- Good typing speed and strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in typing, administration, or office support roles is preferred but not mandatory
