We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for commerce graduates who already have hands-on experience in general accounting and are ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role
As a Junior Accountant, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting activities of the office. Your work will include entering financial data, keeping records organized, assisting with invoices and expenses, and helping prepare basic reports.
You’ll work closely with senior accounting staff and gain valuable experience in real working conditions. This position suits someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to grow professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Maintaining accurate financial records and files
- Assisting with invoices, expenses, and payment tracking
- Supporting month-end accounting tasks
- Preparing simple accounting reports when required
- Working with senior staff on financial activities
- Keeping documents well organized
- Helping during audits or internal checks when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Commerce graduate (mandatory)
- At least 3 years of experience in general accounting
- Strong data entry skills with good attention to detail
- Practical accounting knowledge gained from real work experience
- Ready to join immediately
- Must currently be based in Jeddah
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
