We Are Looking for a Mechanical Engineer (10+ Years of Experience) We are seeking a talented and dedicated professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and construction projects to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, leading project activities, and contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing mechanical systems, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and supervising mechanical engineering works across various projects.
- Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and helping resolve technical issues when they arise.
- Ensuring all work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines.
- Supporting procurement activities and assisting with material and equipment selection.
- Preparing technical reports, project updates, and engineering documentation.
- Providing guidance and technical support to site personnel and junior team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, or building services projects.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of project execution, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
