Job Description
We are urgently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented MEP AutoCAD Draughtsman to join our growing engineering and construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality building services solutions.
What You’ll Do:
As an MEP AutoCAD Draughtsman, you will play an important role in preparing and managing technical drawings for various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating detailed MEP shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Preparing layouts for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements.
- Updating and revising drawings based on site changes and client instructions.
- Preparing equipment layouts, schematic diagrams, and coordination drawings.
- Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring all drawings meet industry standards and project deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as an MEP AutoCAD Draughtsman in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP drafting.
- Good understanding of building services, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments.
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.
