We are currently seeking an experienced Pest Control Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead our field teams. Your Key Responsibilities
As our Pest Control Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and supervise daily pest control operations and field service teams.
- Plan and coordinate technician schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor operational performance and maintain high service quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support technicians and supervisors to achieve their full potential.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Oversee operational budgets, inventory, equipment, vehicles, and pest control supplies.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Work closely with management to support business growth and long-term operational goals.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience in Pest Control Operations Management, Facilities Management, or Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the pest control industry.
- Strong knowledge of pest control practices, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing field teams and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.
- Relevant pest control certifications or licenses will be an added advantage.
- A valid driver’s license.
