Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of major construction projects.
This position is ideal for candidates who have extensive experience managing commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, and data centre projects. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage, firefighting systems, and overall MEP project execution, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. You will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of MEP project execution from start to completion.
- Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Ensure all works comply with project requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project costs effectively and support procurement planning and material coordination.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in MEP project management and construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering commercial buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, and data centre developments.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under demanding project schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with UPDA Certification.
