Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable MEP Supervisor to join our growing team in Bahrain. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing maintenance and enjoys leading teams, solving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
We are searching for a professional who can confidently supervise maintenance activities, coordinate with technicians and clients, and maintain high standards across all projects. If you have experience in facility management, building maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing operations, we would love to hear from you.
As a MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance works, supporting project activities, ensuring preventive maintenance is carried out properly, and making sure all systems are running safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities and site operations
- Lead and support maintenance technicians, electricians, and plumbers
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building systems
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Identify technical problems and provide quick and effective solutions
- Ensure maintenance work is completed on time and according to company standards
- Coordinate with clients professionally and respond to technical concerns
- Prepare daily work reports and update management regularly
- Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure proper procedures are followed
- Assist with emergency maintenance and urgent repair works when needed
- Support project coordination, material planning, and maintenance scheduling
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance or supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems
- Experience in facility management or commercial/residential building maintenance
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Valid Bahrain or GCC driving license is required
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
