Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – Offshore Services to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in offshore operations, marine services, oil & gas projects, and commercial contract management. This role requires someone who can confidently handle project commercial activities, client coordination, budgeting, contract negotiations, and overall project profitability.
As a Commercial Manager, you will work closely with project teams, procurement departments, clients, and management to ensure the successful commercial execution of offshore and marine projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee commercial operations for offshore and marine projects
• Manage contracts, project budgets, and financial performance
• Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation activities
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial risks
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support business growth and identify new commercial opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Offshore Services, Marine, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Engineering companies
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, contracts, tendering, and project coordination
• Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• GCC experience will be considered an advantage
