Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Operational Manager to take care of the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our hotel branches. If you have experience in hotel operations, enjoy managing teams, and can handle maintenance issues with confidence, this could be the right opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure all our hotel properties are running smoothly and are well maintained. You’ll work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and facility teams, handle repairs and maintenance needs, and coordinate with vendors to keep everything in order.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations and maintenance across all hotel branches
- Taking care of repairs, replacements, and maintenance issues as they come up
- Coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, and facility teams
- Managing vendors and suppliers for maintenance materials and services
- Making sure hotel standards are maintained at all times
- Preparing regular operations and maintenance reports for management
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel operations or maintenance management in a Gulf country
- Fluent in Arabic (English and Urdu/Hindi are a plus)
- Eligible nationalities: Pakistani, Filipino, Indonesian, or Indian
(Arabic nationals are not eligible) - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of hotel operations, maintenance, and housekeeping
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between SAR 2,600 and SAR 3,200, depending on experience
- Accommodation and transportation provided
- Working hours: 12 hours daily, no weekends
